About the role
Designing for AI raises questions most design work does not: how to show an answer is uncertain, how to display sources, when to ask a person to approve an action, and what happens while a response streams in. As a UI/UX Designer you answer those questions for our clients' products.
You work in Figma from first wireframe to handoff, and stay involved during build so what ships matches what was designed.
What you will do
- Turn requirements into user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Design AI interaction patterns: chat, citations, confidence, review and approval.
- Build and maintain component libraries engineers can implement directly.
- Run quick usability tests and iterate.
- Work with developers during build.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of product or UI/UX design.
- A portfolio that shows your process, not just final screens.
- Strong Figma: components, auto layout, variants, prototyping.
- Solid typography, layout, accessibility and responsive design.
Nice to have
- Has designed for an AI, chat or search product.
- SaaS dashboards or data-heavy interfaces.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS or Tailwind.
Skills and tools
- Figma
- UI design
- UX research
- Prototyping
- Design systems
- Accessibility

AI products need patterns most software does not: showing sources and citations, signalling uncertainty, handling responses that stream in, and asking a person to approve actions an agent wants to take. Designers also plan for wrong answers, not just the happy path.
