The team

Named people, not a stock photo of an office nobody works in.

MacroCoderz is run by its founder and CEO, Ahsan Ahmad, from the US entity. Before anyone starts work on your project you get their CV and a technical call with them - not with a sales engineer who then hands you to someone you have never spoken to. That applies to project builds and to dedicated pods alike.

Founded MacroCoderz and runs client engagements end to end - scoping, pricing and the call where we tell someone their problem does not need AI. Takes every first call personally.

Who builds the work?

Most of our engineers work under client NDAs that prevent us naming them alongside the systems they built, so the teams are described by what they own. Individual CVs and a call come before you sign.

AI engineering

Retrieval and agents

Engineers working on hybrid retrieval, re-ranking, agent orchestration and evaluation harnesses. Behind the Klebbix retrieval platform and the self-healing engineering agent.

Product engineering

Applications and integration

Full-stack engineers who put AI capability inside existing products - auth and permission boundaries, admin interfaces, multi-tenant isolation and rollback paths.

How hiring works here

Engineers are employees, not a bench of contractors being resold. That matters for two reasons you will feel: the person on your project is not simultaneously on two others, and the knowledge from your build does not walk out of the door when a contract ends - which is why every engagement finishes with written handover and a recorded walkthrough.

More about the company, and the US entity is on the about page. How we handle access, offboarding and background checks is on the security page.
