Before you write
Three things that make the first reply much more useful than "let's set up a call":
- 01What the system should do for a specific user, in one sentence.
- 02What data it would work over, and roughly how much of it - ten thousand documents and ten million behave very differently.
- 03Your deadline and your budget range. We will tell you honestly if they do not meet, rather than discovering it at proposal stage.
