About the role
Every AI system we ship sits on a Python backend: APIs that serve the model, pipelines that ingest documents, and jobs that sync data from client systems. As a Python Developer you build and maintain that backbone.
It is a strong first step into AI engineering. You work next to AI Engineers every day, and developers in this role move into AI work as their experience grows.
What you will do
- Build REST APIs with FastAPI or Django.
- Write data ingestion and processing pipelines.
- Integrate with databases, queues and third-party APIs.
- Write tests and fix bugs in the code you own.
- Take part in code review with senior engineers.
What we are looking for
- Solid Python fundamentals: data structures, error handling, packaging.
- Has built at least one API or backend project end to end.
- Basic SQL and Git.
- Recent graduates and career switchers with real projects are welcome.
Nice to have
- Experience with FastAPI, async Python or Celery.
- Has called an LLM API from code.
